Supporting Coventry & Warwickshire with Strategic Estates Planning

Arden Estate Partnerships were recently commissioned to deliver Strategic Estates Planning support for Coventry & Warwickshire ICB. Working on behalf of Arden Estate Partnerships, gbp consult worked with the ICB Primary Care team and GP leads to coproduce a systematic estates planning process, with a clear methodology for prioritisation. Together with a robust evidence base taking into account significant population growth projections, clinical needs and estates risks.​
